Rent an Incubator and Chick programs

If the date you choose for your rental does not end up working, a refund can be issued IF you notify us within 7 days of your scheduled pickup. If you cancel less than 7 days before your scheduled pickup, we cannot issue a full refund UNLESS you find someone who can take your spot.

Otherwise, cancelations with less than 7 days notice will receive a 50% refund.

Hatching Eggs Policy

Shipped eggs are shipped with risk. We take the utmost care to pack your eggs in a way that they should arrive safely. However, we cannot control the weather, or the care taken by your delivery person.

Shipped eggs are nonrefundable.
